Coastal Climate Experts have done my parents house, friends houses, as well as my business. When my A/C finally took its last breath i knew exactly who to call. Joe has always been such a nice and helpful guy to work with. He came out and analyzed what it would take to do a full new system including ducts and vents. He was extremely fairly priced. After agreeing to the price Shelley called me to help walk me through the in house financing they offer. Everything was easy as could be. Shelley told me that they were going to be able to start on my install the next day. Troy, Alejandro, and Halind came out and worked late 2 days in a row to make sure I was up and running as quick as possible. It was not an easy job as my house is an older house and doesn't have any attic space. Once Troy realized he was going to have to cut open my ceiling he made sure to put out all the proper stuff to keep the house as clean as possible (my girlfriend appreciated that). They were very professional and easy to talk to and answer any questions. After the install Shelley reached back out to let me know when she was going to be able to get the inspection done. As someone who owns a business myself I really respected how well Shelley communicated with me. She always called the day before they would be coming to make sure I had a window as well as right before they were going to head over. Thanks so much for all the hard work Coastal Climate Experts. Coastal Climate experts does everything right! When we arrived home following an extended trip to find our a/c was not working and the outdoor temperature was in the 90’s, we called Coastal Climate Experts. Joe came within an hour to diagnose the problem, and then he sent a repair team later that day to “band-aide” the system, recommending we explore replacement. We decided to replace our Hvac system, again choosing Coastal Climate Experts. From start to finish the process was flawless. Shelley communicated with us every step of the way. Troy and Alejandro arrived on schedule to do the installation, worked efficiently and carefully, and when they were finished you’d never know they had been here. Everything was cleaned up and old equipment removed. We have been pleased with the functioning of our new a/c and furnace. We are very happy customers.

. Joe, the owner, suggested we repair only the duct work that was damaged. Their price was 1/4 the highest estimate to replace all the duct work - which wasn’t necessary. They scheduled the work soon after giving me the estimate. The guys who came did excellent work repairing the damaged duct work. They were friendly and professional, too. The office manager kept me up to date with the part that had to be ordered and installed as part of the repair. Overall I am quite impressed with Joe and his team.

I had four companies give me a quote on a new Air Conditioning system. CCE ( Coastal Climate Experts did an excellent job with this installation. Joe and his team were very helpful and knowledgeable in their work. Troy and Alejandro have installed 2 mini splits for me over the past year. Both units were up and running within a week of me first calling. They are very professional, do very good work, and arrive on time. Shelly in the office is great. Very friendly and is on top of things. When she says she will call back she does. Nothing more frustrating than having to keep calling a business and leaving voice mails because they don’t call you when they say they will or answer their phones. It’s a pleasure doing business with Coastal Climate.

I needed a new compressor for my A/C. I called and spoke to Shelly, who was very accommodating and professional. I am quite a distance away from their normal service area and I really appreciate that they were able to help me out. They came out the next day in the morning and replaced the compressor.
