I needed an entire new AC system and I had an amazing experience getting the system installed by CCE. I received 5 other quotes for the 4 ton system and CCE was the lowest price of all of them. Surprisingly, they were also the most professional and knowledgeable company that I spoke with as well. During the system installation I worked closely with the owner via phone, text and email to set up meeting and inspection times. The quality of work and attention to detail was amazing. The air-handler was installed on a new stand that was sheet rocked, painted and trimmed with molding. The Payne product has been performing perfectly since installation and came with a great warranty. I am extremely pleased with my experience and strongly recommend CCE to anyone looking for a new system install or service.

A 5-star review from a home-owner here on the west coast. I had the great blessing of meeting Megan on an HVAC thread/forum online. I was choosing between TRANE and CARRIER for my brand new HVAC install and had numerous questions about the technical specs, various benefits of each, and any insight in general on the XR16 vs Carrier 24aaa5, etc. Megan was knowledgeable and extremely gracious and generous with her insights and expertise. I ended up going with a Trane because of their Climatuff Compressor among other reasons. Megan even had insights on how to assess a competent and excellent installer/contractor that she was gracious to offer up.

When a manager of Coastal Climate, Megan, shows this much and provides such a high level of expertise to a stranger on the west coast God only knows how much she cares about her customers and potential clients who live in her city and region. Florida is lucky to have a professional like her and the HVAC industry as well as HVAC customers would greatly benefit from her care, attention, and expertise. Her technical insights, sincerity, and truthfulness/honesty is what struck me as her greatest qualities.

If I were in Melbourne, FL looking for an HVAC system, Megan and her company would be at the top of my list to consider.

Technicians are knowledgeable and professional. They made an “emergency” call late on a Friday afternoon and got the job done for a very fair price. Returned the next day to check the system and top off refrigerant. These guys fix what needs to be fixed – nothing more, nothing less. Overall, very positive experience.
